Please provide a valid telephone number when ordering so if needed, we can contact you regarding your order & delivery.

Please double check your delivery address before ordering, we will not accept any responsibility for incorrect addresses that are provided at the point of ordering.

Please respond to any calling cards that are left by our couriers. If an item is not called for, and returned to us, you are reponsible for the original shipping costs, and a redelivery charge will apply.

We often charge less for postage and shipping than it actually costs us. If at any point you are required to pay a redelivery fee/returns charge, we will charge you our cost price - this may not be the same as what is shown on the product page.

Arranging Return:

All returns must be organised by email, you have a 14 day return window from the date of delivery. Any return request must be aranged within this time. For orders where the packaging is damaged we reserve the right to deduct 10% of the order value from the refund amount. Items that have been damaged by the customer are not eligable for return. The refund amount will not include postage paid and postage cost to return the item to us will be the customer's responsibility.

Delivery:

We aim to deliver to our customers wherever they may be, but in order to offer value for money, we cannot offer a general price for delivery on highland, island or international addresses. This is due to the restrictions from our couriers, you must call first to arrange delivery before placing the order so we can work out an accurate cost. Orders placed for highland, island or international addresses without correspondance.

Damaged/Faulty Items:

In the unlikely situation that any items received by the customer are faulty or damaged, we will replace them or offer a return. All damages must be reported to us via email within 3 Working Days from delivery.

Order Cancellation:

Should it be necessary for us to cancel an order due to customer error, we will send an order cancellation email. This process can take 5-7 working days and payment will be refunded to the original payment method.

Refund Policy:

Refunds take 5-7 working days to be processed once we have recieved the order, the refund will be paid onto the original payment method. Refunds are only given where the product is returned in the same condition as it was recieved. We reserve the right to deduct a 12% administration fee from any refunds issued, this is to cover payment processing and admin costs where there is a large amount of time spent on a particular customer.

Return Policy:

In accordance with Consumer Contracts Regulations (formerly Distance Selling Regulations) we offer a 14 day return period for change of mind, or defective items to be returned. We will seek to supply an alternative or replacement if the product is defective, and it is practical todo so. Returning the item is at the customer's expense and must be arranged with customer service via email within the 14 day return period. Only once customer service have authorised a return will it be accepted. A resolution such as credit, a partial or full refund will be organised within 5-7 working days, however in exceptional circumstances this may take longer, such as high customer returns. To ensure your case gets dealt with as quickly as possible, please give a detailed description of your problems, include photos if possible and order and tracking numbers.

Shortages/Incorrect Item:

In the unlikely event that we make a human error, and send you the wrong items/incorrect quantity, we will rectify the situation as soon as possible. However, all shortages/shippping mistakes must be reported to us within 3 working days from delivery.
