This stainless steel buffet server comes with 3 separate cooking pans & lids and each pan has a 2.37 litre capacity. It also has cool touch handles, adjustable temperature dial, indicator light, warming tray & 105cm power cord. The food trays can keep food hot for long periods of time making it ideal for all types of catering situations. They should, however, not be used continuously for more than 6-8 hours.
